Heather Ramsden-Wright: Specialist Occupational Therapist
A BSc qualified senior Pain Management Occupational Therapist (OT) at an NHS hospital for many years, a specialist Rheumatology OT for several years, an Associate Tutor at the University of East Anglia and previously an NHS England funded Allied Health Professional and Sciences Clinical Educator. Additionally Heather has been, for over 11 years, a voluntary Community First Responder for East of England Ambulance Service.
"A career change from Estate Agent to OT was chosen as I wanted to support and enable people with physical and mental health conditions to live the best life that they could".
After qualification, Heather worked in a secure mental health facility and as a groupwork facilitator for Norwich & Central Norfolk MIND.
Now specialising in complex physical chronic pain and mental health conditions, working with clients on self-management strategies and techniques. Employing Acceptance Commitment Therapy, alongside teaching Meditation and Mindfulness, to manage condition symptoms and have an improvement in their quality of life. Adaptation, equipment and mobility aids advice is tailored to suit the person, their situation and their needs.

A BSc qualified Specialist Pain Management Occupational Therapist (OT) at an NHS hospital for over 20 years, with vast experience working with complex chronic pain patients. Area of specialism includes conditions such as Fibromyalgia, CRPS, back pain and post-surgical pain.
Gael coaches complex problem solving alongside working with patients to improve their self-management strategies and techniques. These include employment of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping patient's achieve a reduction in their fear of pain, improved coping and functional management of condition symptoms. Further to this, return to work support, reasonable adjustment and ergonomic advice for employers and educational establishments as appropriate.

In her spare time, Gael can often be found in her creative workshop at home.

A BSc qualified Occupational Therapist with extensive experience working with adults within acute physical NHS settings and in the community.
"I have extensive experience with a wide range of medical conditions such as amputations, Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia, cardiac, respiratory and orthopaedic conditions and previously in a mental health setting with anxiety, depression and schizophrenia".
Dulcine has been employed as an NHS Senior OT on a complex discharge ward and is proficient in working with bariatric equipment. Within a senior community role, Dulcine works to support people to remain independent in their own home, promote independent living through appropriate equipment and adaptations.
In her spare time Dulcine enjoys horse riding and has taken this passion further to achieve an EAGALA qualification (equine assisted therapy for people with a range of conditions).
