OT Assessments:

OT Solutions (East Anglia) specialises in providing OT assessments for an individual or group, helping those with difficulties to function, work and live as independently as possible. We aim to support a client’s ability to improve and engage in meaningful activities, have a better quality of life, achieve the best levels of functional independence and increase coping skills, wherever possible. We guide on practical and realistic solutions to assist personal and functional difficulties.

• An initial telephone call can be arranged to discuss your needs. If suitable or required, an assessment will be arranged and completed, in a format that is most suitable for you, for example at home, in the workplace or virtually.

• After assessment, a report is compiled with recommendations and guidance on options of equipment, adaptation, reasonable adjustments and sign posting, where appropriate.
